Tess is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and former radio talk show host offering workshops in leadership, team building, True Colors®, Mental Health First Aid, and basic conversational sign language. She has presented at conferences nationwide and is known for her engaging, motivational approach. In addition to her professional work, Tess gives back to her community through board service, captioning services, hospice volunteering, and even signing the national anthem at Tampa Bay Rays games since 1999.
