In addition to True Colors workshops and trainings, Tess also conducts seminars instructing other CART Providers and Captioners on sensitivity issues and basic conversational signing. She has presented workshops about CART services for local, state, and national organizations. Tess has been providing CART services for the Deaf, Late Deaf, and Hard-of-Hearing communities since 1995, traveling across the country and overseas in all types of settings for many local, state, national, and international organizations. She is the founder and President of a new non-profit organization, “Communication Access, Inc.” which provides services for people with hearing loss.
